Matt Whetzel, along with several guests, spoke to Rotary about the Intervention & Crisis Advocacy Network (ICAN!), a local organization founded to support victims of domestic violence and rape.

 
The February 9, 2023 meeting of the Rotary Club of Chickasha was called to order by President Lewis Knisley. Rot. Mitch Williams led the club in a song.
 
In attendance were Chickasha Middle School Students of the Month for December and January, along with Counselor Dawnshaye Davis. The Students of the Month were Adyson, Aiely, Grace, Shane, Serafina, Preston, Kiara, and Talan.
 
 
The Rotarian of the Day was John Mosley. His speaker was Matt Whetzel, with the Intervention Crisis & Advocacy Network (ICAN!).  The Motto of the Intervention & Crisis Advocacy Network (ICAN!) is to: Intervene in times of CrisisAdvocate for victims of abuse; and Network throughout the community to end domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. He was joined by guests Paul & Johanna Lewis, Peggy Hammond, and Carrie Taylor.
